Staff Representatives, Staff Committee Chairs, Professional Development Chairs and the Health and Safety Representatives are the union’s presence in K-7 schools.

- School-based VEAES meetings give members an opportunity to discuss issues and provide direction for their Staff Representatives. Member input through Staff Representatives and through a number of VEAES committees provides guidance to the VEAES Executive Committee.
